How do you feel about tattoos? Ashley decided it was time to add another tattoo to her body. At our house, the rule was that when you are over the age of 18 and graduated from high school and living on your own, you can do what you want but don’t expect us to approve of your decisions. She got her first tattoos last year, on her feet. She was so anxious to get her tattoos that she did them in black because it was cheaper. However, her second tattoo experience was done in color and much bigger. I have to say I like her second tattoo. I think it is very tasteful as far as tattoos go. Her friend Neesie had a tattoo done with her this time. Ashley wrote the words directly on her back in her own handwriting so Neesie will have a connection to Ashley forever this way. I thought was very unique.
Chuck has two tattoos and had them before I met him. I wasn’t big on tattoos but he was worth it so you get used to them. He has an Eagle on his upper right arm and a black panther on his lower left leg.
Ashley asked me if I would ever consider doing just the initial “A” somewhere, anywhere I want, so that we could have matching “mother-daughter” tattoos of our first initial. I haven’t made any decision about that. I am not sure that I even ever want a tattoo but I like her idea. Something to consider at the very least…
